We have our OSCAR HOST!

For the second time, Ellen DeGeneres will serve as this year's host for the Academy Awards ceremony, insuring a night of witty observations and improvisational observations. I, for one, think this is a great choice. Even if the recipients of the awards are disagreeable, I think DeGeneres will keep the night moving.

We believe that reviews should have no spoilers, awards predictions should be realistic, lists should be honest, and above all, frequent updates with quality posts are necessary. Timely news should be shared only if it is worthy of sharing. Every film seen in theaters will get a review, but not every film seen at home will get a Flashback Review (ones that surprise or disappoint are most likely). LCA Film puts in the time to make this site a reality because we love it. It is not for the money or the notoriety, but purely because film is what we love and what we do. We pay to see movies when they come out and try to see them as quickly as possible.
